I am dedicated to providing hope and support to those affected by eating disorders and trauma. With experience in both individual and group settings, I support not only those struggling but also their loved ones.
My passion is in supervising those who support others, amplifying my impact. Helping people achieve their goals amidst life’s challenges is crucial. By offering a supportive, open, and safe space, we can explore possibilities, embrace change, and thrive through shared experiences.
As a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the Health Care Professions Council, I adhere to their ethical standards. My background includes brain injury case management and mental health. Since 2007, I have specialised in eating disorders, working with charities and in-patient services, leading and developing young persons’ in-patient services.
Recently, I served as Clinical Lead for a South Yorkshire-wide service, managing and supervising nine clinical staff. I co-developed an all-age eating disorder pathway in Sheffield, integrating third sector and NHS organisations.
Balancing my professional life, I am also a mum of two boys, working my hours around their schooling and activities.
